How do End Users Consent

Once a user registers for the Overwatch App the user will gain access to the Overwatch Portal.  When the user signs into the Overwatch Portal, the user will add contact information for the contacts they want to notify via text or call.  The user will add in the contacts email and phone number to the Overwatch Portal.  The Overwatch Portal will then send an email to the contact and request they “opt in” receive the notifications from the user.  Once the “opt in” is received from the contact, the user’s notifications will be sent to the contact. The contact will receive alerts when the user is experiencing a seizure like movement or the user records an Aura seizure. If a contact wishes to be removed from the user’s contact list the contact will need to send an email to Overwatch Customer Care team at info@overwatchdh.com to remove the contact from the user’s contact list.
